Delete Your Data

For IPFlix Pro Player, developed by Halberd Security Solutions

IPFlix Pro Player has no user accounts

There is nothing to sign up for and no account to close. Almost everything the app stores — your playlists, provider credentials, favourites and watch history — lives on your TV and you can delete it yourself at any time, using the steps below.

Delete data stored on your device

1. Delete a single playlist

  1. Open IPFlix Pro Player on your TV.
  2. Go to Settings → Playlists.
  3. Select the playlist you want to remove.
  4. Choose Delete Playlist and confirm.

What this deletes: Removes that playlist, its stored M3U/Xtream URL and credentials, all of its channels, and its cached TV guide data from the device.

2. Delete everything on the device

  1. Open IPFlix Pro Player and go to the profile selector.
  2. Delete each profile, finishing with the last one.
  3. Confirm the warning — deleting the last profile removes all playlists and resets the app.

What this deletes: Returns the app to a fresh install: no profiles, no playlists, no credentials, no favourites, no watch history.

3. Uninstall the app

  1. Uninstalling IPFlix Pro Player from your TV deletes the entire local database and all cached files.

What this deletes: Everything stored on the device is gone. Data held on our servers is not affected — use the request below for that.

Request deletion of data held on our servers

Fill in the form below. Your Device ID is what identifies your records — find it in the app under Settings → About → Device Information, or open Settings → Delete My Data on your TV and scan the QR code, which brings you here with the field already filled in.

This is the only identifier we need. We do not ask for your name or address.

Used only to confirm the deletion, then discarded with the rest of your data.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Device ID. We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days either way.

Data that is deleted

  • Device identifiers (device ID, hardware ID, App Set ID) used to recognise your installation
  • Device capability details recorded at registration (model, memory, storage, connection type)
  • Playlist URLs your device reported, including any provider username and password contained in them
  • Playback activity records associated with your device
  • Crash and diagnostic reports linked to your installation

Data that is kept

  • Purchase and billing records, which Google Play or our payment processor is legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. These are held by them, not by us, and are not linked to your viewing activity.
  • Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked back to you or your device.

Retention

Data associated with an installation is retained for as long as that installation is in use, and is erased when you send us a deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, or reach us through the Support page if you have questions.
